I had a 6.5 creedmoor built. Smith said his jags reamer is a .190 freebore. What is the best bullet for this freebore ?

What rifle action? What mag box? My daughter's 6.5 creedmoor built on a 700 sa adl, has a .150 throat and shoots 147 eld stupidly good at 2.81 with a slight kiss. All depends on your action and mag.

Action is a Remington 700 ptg speical they had at shot show. Short action they added their bolt to and trued. The DBM is a surgeon, barrel rock creek 8 twist finished at 24 inches.

Should be fine shooting 147 ELD, 140 VLD or 135 Berger Classic based on my experience. You can start with a longer oal than I am working with that dbm setup. Try RL26 with the 147 and have had good luck with H4350 with the others. Sounds like a sweet rig.

The SAAMI spec reamer freebore is 0.199" per the SAAMI website.

This design was determined to allow for the longer 140 class (140, 143, 147) Hornady bullets to fit the standard magazine without excessive protrusion into the case. This is for the factory 2.800" OAL.
