6.5/7.82 Patriot questions (6.71 Phantom????)

In a large trade for reloading equipment I received a set of dies marked 6.5/7.82 Patriot made by Fred Zeglin of Z-Hat dies. His website is no longer available but I was trying to find out ANY info on this wildcat. Did this caliber later get named the "Phantom" by Lazzeroni?

I'm curious about the velocity achieved with this caliber but ultimately will not be building a rifle for it. If anyone is interested in the dies too, let me know.

Best info I have seen has been quite a while and was on Lazzeroni's website. Almost positive it is the Phantom. If I remember correctly it was pushing a 140 at 3400+ from a 26 inch barrel. Could be altogether off, but this is from memory and going way back.
