Here it is. This is from Sierra's 1971 load manual. The same data is in the 1978 edition I have, but the glossy pages did not take as good of pictures. I actually have a bunch of old Sierra manuals I got from an older guy who sold me all of his reloading gear, and past the '78 manual, the 6.5-300 Weatherby isn't in there.
The page give's a little cartridge history, dimensions, and load data. Only problem is it is only for the 140 grain match king, and I've never heard of these powders. I suppose if you could find out what modern powders are really similar, you could use this to get of an idea what would be a good starting load and work up carefully from there. There are all copper projectiles in the 140 grain class out there too, if you can stabilize them.
