6.5-284 lite

Hey guys, I finally get to go home and shoot my rifles. I was thinking of shooting some light Matchkings out of my 6.5-284, maybe some 107's or 120's. The barrel is a lilja 3 groove with a 1-8" twist ment for 140's(which it shoots very well). I don't have Sierra's load manual on hand, so I'm looking for a little help. Any powder suggestions, experience with seating them in relation to the lands, primers? I plan on using H4831 or Re 19/22 with Norma Brass and CCI BRs. The gun is throated for 140's so I'll have to do some playing with length. Thanks for the help
