So a while back on this forum we had a thread that discussed how 25 grains of Red Dot, cream of wheat, and cotton could be used to fire form a case to the chamber. It worked great on .375 CT Bertram cases. And I could do it in my garage with the only detrimental effect of scaring the dog.
Has anyone done this with a .50 BMG? If so what powders did you use and how much?
