Keep yourself safe and only sell FTF. You are not allowed to ship powder. Don't try it.
Good deal for hard to find powder. Location helps.
Southern California. Sorry. Should have thought of that. 
And yes, I found that cannot ship powder. I should have known that. Anyway, I'll do my best to work out a pick up that makes sense for both sides of the deal.

I was thinking $45 per pound.
Where in CA? And I'm open to a reasonable offer. No expectation that I'll break even.
