If you plan to shoot prone, I would look at a side ported. I have a Vais at .830". It blasts stuff everywhere, but works very well.

That's why I'm selling the one I mentioned. Almost put my eye out shooting from the prone. Lol.

Close to Vias. Nice brake. Very effective.
The end of my barrel where the threads start is .750, thanks
