375H&H & blue dot

I'd like to make reduced recoil loads with 200gn Sierras and blue dot(have an 8# keg). Has anyone ever done this? I've read about a 60% volume rule, but that was based on 308 size cases. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've used Universal in my 375 Weatherby, but not at 60% reduction. It was very hit and miss, I had to use a foam filler as COW was ineffective and caused funny ignition, I recall I used around 20-25gr with Speer 235gr which was around 1800fps, but my memory may be incorrect. Those bullets bounced a long, long way down range into my neighbours property, not a good thing.

I switched to H4895 and reduced 60% from max loads. I was safely able to get 2000fps and was happy with that.
