Here is the cartridge drawing. You can decide what you would like to trim them to. If it were me and not knowing exactly where to trim to I'd go .01 under spec.

I'm not positive but I don't think they would stretch that far unless you were bumping the shoulders way back. I've never had anything stretch .015".
