338 Win Mag and 215 Sierra Game King

Does anyone have a load for the 338 Win Mag using 215 gr Sierra Game King
and either 4831 or 4350 powder?

I haven't been able to find any load data.

With 4350 powder start at 69 grains and work up using the 215g sierra game king in the 338 Win mag. The 215s worked great for me on big mules deer buck size game getting around 2900fps bepending on barrel length.

WHOA! are you using IMR, H, or accurate powder. Not all 4350 is the same . and same for 4831.

 

[Long Time Long Ranger]

77 grains of IMR 4831 will get you 3000 fps with the 215 sierra. 76 grains will get you 2900 out of the 225 AB. This is out of my Tikka 24 3/8" barrel. These are max in my rifle and it shoots great at max. Drop those loads two grains and work up.

I am very much aware of the differences in the brands with the same powder number
It would be IMR powder
