Primers are as rare as rocking horse **** here in New Zealand at the moment. It has something to do with them all going to US military (or so I was told)

I have found a shop that stocks both the Fed 215 Match and the CCI250 but in limited numbers

My Edge should be ready in 6 months but I want to get the components while I can.

What would be the best primer to use? what would the difference be?

Thanks again, your help is appreciated as usual (just found a source for the trusty H1000 as well!!)

Rgds, Steve

According to Shawn's article on the development of the Edge, he has found the CCI250's to be the best with H-1000. I have only used the CCI-250's and have had terrific success (low ES's and great accuracy).

Hi Steve, which shop was this if you dont mind me asking, I need a few of these primers as well.

Thanks Callum

Can I tell you when I have picked up mine!!

He limits you to 100 but if you buy projectiles he will sell you the corresponding number of primers.

a bit different but its the only reason he has any left.

Cheers, Steve

Thats what I call ''clever'' marketing.
I dont mind if you tell me before you pick yours up:D I only need a few:rolleyes:

Ive just purchased 4200 of them, probably the last in the country.
If things get REALLY tight for them I may sell some but, have a ring around first, three phone calls was all it took for me.

Its getting pretty bad for them, I spoke to a distributor that I know well about it last week, hes had 2 million on back order for the last 18 months, the last lot he got was 5000 12 months ago.
