Good idea. Savage small shank. Less than 200 rounds. I think the contour is varmint.

Yes, that is what I removed it from. It must be small shank though. I am not sure if they made 110 in a large shank. Usually large shank actions are WSM cartridges.

It is a 110 7mm rem action

How much does the barrel weigh roughly and how did it shoot? 285 or 300gr pills?

I Shot 300 SMK and it shot 3/4 or better. I would need to weigh it but according to the charts is should be around 4.5 - 5LBS
