Hornady and Sierra have always been VERY forgiving in ways of tuning a load for various calibers... Except for me, Hornady in 7mm is sometimes fickle.
I would look at the 250 Grain Game King, and the Hornady 285 ELD series.
Bergers, while great, *SOMETIMES* take a bit of work to tune properly...then again, you may get lucky.
(Very sensitive to seating depth)
Retumbo and H1000 are **** good choices... I would also put N560/570 on that list... maybe some RL25 or RL33 as well.
ANY RCBS loading press is a **** solid system. Just make sure you have a level surface to mate it up with and rock it out.
Just pay VERY close attention to deal on your brass preparation and take caution with loading your primers....
What do you have for powder scales? Even IF you want to go digital out of the gate, I HIGHLY recommend you purchase a good old beam n balance scale... those take minimal calibration, and short of you damaging it, it will hold true for a LONG while.
