2018 was an okay year for predator hunting, although more often than not, the coyotes were an afterthought to going after hogs. Long shot of the year was 240 yards and the biggest dog of the year was 37.5 lbs.

The Trijicon IR Hunter MK3 4.5x 60mm is really nice. There may be a couple of new competitive offerings debuting at the Shot Show, but nothing I have seen so far will be markedly superior. Differences will come down to price and features, I think.

Good job! Trouble here is that the yotes are moving into built up areas where we can not shoot. We have to rely on traps.
