Look if you want to be right then fine you're right. I already covered that. I've had chambers cut with the exact SAME reamer that had .010 throat difference it just proves my point. I have measured the throat in multiple different chambers cut with known SAAMI reamers with variations of .040 off the top of my head.im confident if I go through my notes I'll find larger. These were not custom specd. It doesn't change the fact that a saami reamer was used.
it is possible that I was lied to /mislead by the individuals I spoke with on the phone. But the companies list told me they use saami reamers. It's obvious they are not following saami entirely or we would have the barrel length options. The point is none of those companies are purposely adding freebore to cartridges in the SAAMI catalog according to them.
