.300 WSM's first Kill ...

Here's my 300WSM rifle I gave to my son, with it's first kill.

(Savage 11 FCNS topped with SWFA 5-20x50 FFP HD) with 215 Berger at 425 yards.

Considering I missed the 1st 15 days of the general rifle season and 35+ MPH winds, I think I did OK with the prize.

FEENIX,
VERY NICE! Go to our website and put it in where it says "enter success stories " and we will get it posted ! Thanks for using our bullets!

First time (and probably not my last) using Katie Rogers Taxidermy (https://www.facebook.com/Rogers-Taxidermy-465786326796951/). This husband (does mostly the tanning) and wife team does a very job. Katie is a pretty talented young lady and hunter, she's also the president of the Montana Taxidermists Association (Home)

Thanks for the info. Checked out the facebook, very cool. President of the Montana Taxidermist Association --- WOW. It is hard to find that quality of work in a lot of places. It definitely shows in your mount.

Aye Sir! We have quite a few good taxidermy shops in town and she's the 4th one I've used in the the last 10 years. Shawn of Timberland Taxidermy at | 608 14th St. N.. (FB >>>https://www.facebook.com/Timberland-Taxidermy-140311365983638/ ) is still my go to taxidermist though. :):Dgun)

Cheers!

Ed
