Go the Hodgen website and look up their specific loads for that bullet weight, drop 10% and work up to what your gun likes, but I like H4350 in mine and MRP (but temp sensitive to some degree unlike 4350).
RL16 and Magnum primers work well with 180 gr bullets in 24" to 26" barrels. Also works well in 30-06 with 150 gr bullets so I would certainly try it with 168's in 300 WSM.
