300 WSM and Berger 215 Hybrid load Recipes

Did some searches, but can't find any load recommendations for 300 WSM and Berger 215 Hybrids. Does anyone have a preferred load they would like to share?

Used RL-17 with the 230 hybrid for my friend's 300 WSM Browning A-bolt with Boss/brake. Velocity was 2720 fps with that short barrel with the bullet seated deeply to feed from his 2.8" mag box. My 85 yr old friend shot a nice cow with it last Dec and was happy with the performance.

It should work with the 215 too.
