I have a Safari 300 Win BAR. Doing a ladder test for it using 180 Grain SST's and H-4350 powder looks like I will end up some where around 2750 to 2775 fps. Is that normal for a BAR? I can try some H1000 but was told the 4350 was the best for the BAR. Any feedback on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

It may just be.
I had 2 of them back in the early 90's, a 300 and a 338.
I had a cheap Shooting Chrony at the time and neither rifle were within 200fps of what was on the box or in the loading manuals.
Unfortunately, I had to hand those rifles in in 1996 due to the Port Arthur massacre that occured here then.
Speed ain't all that anyway.

Cheers.
