Over 3 days later and the seller has not visited this site again. He has not responded to my PM, and there are no other ways to contact him such as email or phone.
At this point I am assuming that he is not truly interested in selling this brass. It is up for anyone else who may want it, should he ever show up again. I am no longer interested.
