300 prc

can a 700 300 winchester magnum rifle be updated to the 300 prc with a 26 inch barrel.if so who would you use?was looking at dave bruno from pa.he lives about 30 miles from me and is a noted br shooter and a great gunsmith from what i have heard from onr of his clients who built a couple of 1000 yard brench rest rifles for him.

Yes. A local gunsmith should easily be able to do it. Do a bit of research on the 300 WM vs 300 PRC before you do.
