Dan shot this Nebraska Mule Deer with a Weatherby Vanguard 257 Weatherby Mag. and the 92 gr. Hammer Hunters with a 3886 FPS MV and .7 MOA at 100 yards.
Dan watched this buck for 4 days waiting for him to get into an area where he could make a stalk on him with a reasonable chance of success.
He finally slipped up and Dan was able to close the distance to 260 yards and the 300+ pound Muley dropped in its tracks.
Dan stated, "The Hammer worked exactly as advertised: 5 exit wounds (4 petals and the shank)!"
