.30-.338 Winchester

Here is my customer and good friend Lance Overholt with his Montour County Rifles .30-.338 Winchester. It's a stainless steel Remington 700 with a Level 1 blueprint, a Kreiger stainless barrel, a HS precision thumbhole stock, and 5.5-22 Nightforce. Lance told his wife he always wanted a all black long range rifle, so for Christmas she bought him the stock to get started, well he got excited and bought all the rest.

That is a good looking rig. How long of a pipe does it have and what kind of brake?

The barrel is 28" finish length and wears a Vais brake.

Nice rifle. No slots or holes, I like that( well except for the thumbhole). Good to see also how green PA is, I miss that. Not much green here in Colo.
