Finally got to a range to test out my first try with some bergers in the 30-06 looks promising. Loaded .040" off the lands what happens to be Max magazine length in the a-bolt. Loaded up from starting to max load in 1.0 grain steps of H414 used two shot groups to start and will go back and do 3 shots with the two promising groups. 51 to 57grains upper left to lower right, left center and right center small pasties are 3 shoots from .223 while barrel was cooling.
