3 Groove vs 5 groove rebore

I have 308 Winchester that I'm considering having rebored to 358 Winchester. Next decision is which groove to have done, 3 or 5 groove, minimal difference in price. Is one more accurate than the other, or would there be no difference between the two? Or is there another factor to consider between the two? This will be a hunting rifle, and if it makes a difference it is a Remington 788 with a 22" barrel. JES 35 cal rebore will be doing the work. Thanks for you help.
