Yes the lead tips are oxidized but it does not hurt the performance.

This is excellent hunting ammunition. Unfortunately this has been discontinued by Winchester.

One full box and one box with 19 cartridges, total = 39 cartridges.

Actual prices are non-existent. So best guess is a low price of $2.25/cartridge or $87.75 for 39 cartridges.
