28\" SS RockCreek 5R barrel for Savage , 30-06
This tube is SS , 28" long , 1-11.25" twist and is standard Varmint weight , the muzzel has been threaded for 5/8"x24 threads and has a fitted cap. its currently chambered for 30-06 and the threaded for the small Savage actions. It's only got 160 rounds through it all load developement , it's never been shot more than 5 rounds at a time. It seems partial to the 175gr MatchKings which can be seated to touch the lands easly as well as the 168gr MK's , shoots into 1/2" with several loads and a few into 3/8" maybe better
