I had a great 28 Nos built and got a nice 6x6 bull in CO this year with it (400yd shot). I discovered that a 10.5# rifle/scope is too heavy for this skinny, old man to carry around in the mountains. Very accurate. Round count 438 including putting that bull down.
Barrel - Bartlein #3, 26", threaded, 5R, 8 twist.
Action - Remington trued long action with magnum bolt face.
Trigger - Triggertech Primary.
I plan to keep the chassis stock as well as the Trijicon scope/rings.
I do have the original bottom metal, hinge floorplate but am told the feed lips would need to be tuned to the 28 Nos cartridge.
$950 to your FFL.
