28-30 nosler

so what all is involved in loading a 28-30 nosler is it a simple neck up from 28 and load?

I have one being built right now. I purchased a expander madrel with the 30 caliber expander. I just used dry graphite lube and eased into it and it went way better than using the carbide expander ball. Pretty smooth operation. I haven't got my rifle yet. But the reamer being used it based off that round as is. Nosler brass neck's are pretty thick so i am not worried about much. Pretty excited, REALLY excited to send some down range.

Do you have to turn necks ? After initial sizing do you just use a 28 nosler die with different bushing?

Turning necks would depend on reamer specs. But i am not going to be. Yes you need to have the 28 Nosler dies opened up by the gunsmith of a custom die maker for the 30 caliber bullets. I tried using them before and it doesn't work. I have a bushing die so i will end up using either a .337-.338 bushing. Loaded round is .340

Ok . Do you know what the gain is over standard 30 nosler?
