I never had any trouble at that distance with the either of those two. I reload now and have since sold my 270 so I am not up on the new factory loadings for it.

My 270 would shoot winchester silver box a little better than Remington green box in 130 grn bullets. You will just have to try different brands to see what shoots best or get into reloading to achieve the most accurate load.
