.270 win, imr 4831, 130 AB

Anyone got some info on this load? Can't find my book. Was shooting 58gr of 4831 with a Speer bt, but that loads gonna be greatly compressed w the AB. Anybody help me out?

I use 54.4 grains of IMR 4831 with a 130 gr Interbond or SST. Never shot the AB.

Sorry nothing on the 4831. However, I use 55.0 grs. IMR4350 with the AB for consistent itty bitty groups with my .270.

start at 54 and work up to 58.most rifels work from this range.

I run 59gr of H4831 in my 270 with 130gr AB's, it likes it hot, anything lower than this and it prints all over the shop!

The compression is not excessive with this load and won't cause any problems, but it's deadly accurate in several rifles I've tried it in. I've even used 60gr's without problems but the 59gr load was the most accurate!
