I got off the 270 wagon for a while. Picked up one for cheap, intention was to use it for a 6.5-06 build. It sat in the safe for over a year. I came into some odds and ends of 270 stuff from an older shooting bud. What the heck, may as well burn it up. He had some 140's and 150's in the mix,all I had ever used were 130's. Why? Because that is what everyone always told me to use. The 150's showed promise. Enough so I went and bought another box and tried more than 4831 and 4350. R26 just came out, so I gave it a try. Speed and accuracy, what more do you want. Rifle is still a 270 and will stay that way. There is some discussion on R26. I have not seen any issues with what I have. Yet another younger friend started chasing my load and got pressure issues way off of where I ended up, no speed or accuracy.
