not sure if this is as described..."once fired fully processed"...I understood what once fired is...I asked what you meant by fully processed. Your reply was cleaned, full length resized, and trimmed as needed.
What I got was:
31 cases with the shoulders pushed back to -.004
13 cases with the shoulders set to .000
71 cases with the shoulders ranging from +.001 to +.010 with the majority being +.004 - +.006
I have to assume that the decapping pin broke is the reason for the spent primers still in some cases. Not sure what the explanation for the live primers in some of the cases would be. There was never any mention of the annealing that had been done or the neck turning on 50+ of the cases.
