26" 300wsm load data

I just put this together and figured this might be a better place to ask than the other forum. I'm not yet done with barrel break in but figured I'd continue my search here. All the advice I've gotten here has been great, and thanks in advance!

It's a model 70 300wsm with a 26" 1:10 barrel. I was looking for data with 208 amax's and either 210m or 215m primers and a powder that is temperature stable like hodgdon's extreme stuff. I have books,and have searched a lot but almost everything I find is with 24" barrels or 30inchers.I'll preface suggestions by staying to reduce any recommendations by 10%

Very nice rifle! Here is what QL shows for powder with a 63000 PSI max and a 110% case fill with the 208 Amax..

RL17 gave me great velocities with 180 E-Tips and 210 Bergers. It should work well with the 208 Amax and 215 Hybrids as well.

With the 210 Bergers I got 2930 fps in a 24 3/8ths barrel over 67 gr. I would recommend starting no higher than 60 for those weight bullets. The 215 should get even better velocities than the 210's.

This was out of my rifle, yours may be different so be careful working up if you try it.

Ended up going factory length @ 61.5 gr h4350. I'm not sure of velocity but I got about a half minute at a hundred, and attended a shoot today with good (for me ) results.

One course of fire I went 2 for 2 on targets at 2, 3,4,5,6, & 700. Had three out of four hits at 1k. In my book, that's a win.

28 minutes up at 1k with a da of about 2500 puts velocity at about 2725 with a 208 amax. Haven't run it thru a chrony yet.
