They are RCBS dies. Unsure of any other details as I got them with a rifle purchase. The de-primer rod has an "ear" missing at the top where the flat head screw driver slot is. The die is completely functional though. I can text a photo if you like. If you're interested and paypal me early enough I can get them out today.
