SOLD/EXPIRED 257 rpm barrel, brass and die

I keep going back and forth on keeping this, I think I've decide I want a 25/06 instead just so I have the option to shot factory ammo of need be. Specs are
26" helix 6 carbon fiber barrel thread for defiance actions, 5/8-24 at the muzzle. 7 twist.
Chambered in 257 rpm (6.5rpm necked down) throated long for the heavies.
Has maybe 50rds fired and is extremely accurate so far.
Will include 250rds Peterson Brass and a Redding type z FL bushing die
Only load I've shot groups with is with the 134 eld at 3250 fps

Is all the brass necked down?

No. Only 20-25 of them. The rest is untouched
I would be willing to split up the package if the barrel sells first.
