I got the mag a few days ago. Not much new info, but it's not like He'll have some rosy new revelation about a 25 year old cartridge.
I really like the 7stw, but I think if rem had done their homework a bit better the 7rum would have killed the 7stw off for the most part by now. They should have used the 338 rum case to drop the capacity a bit and possibly treated the bore- melonite or chrome come to mind here. A 10" twist would have pushed the speeds back up for the advertizing.
As it sits, the best 7mm really is the 7stw and hardly any factory stuff is chambered for it at present.
