.243AI Barrel Twist

I have just bought a custom Remington 40X in .243AI. This rifle has a 27 1/2" barrel length with a 1X14 barrel
. If anyone has experience with with this caliber with a 1X14 twist, please suggest a load for accuracy. THANKS

Id think that a 1X14 twist you will have to stay with a 80gr bullet or lighter. Not sure though.
