243 Win with 108 ELDM

I currently have a 105 Amax load that I love in my custom 243 Win. It seems Hornady is going to stop making the 105 Amax in favor of the 108 ELDM. I'm trying to decide to either quickly purchase another 500 Amax while I can or just go with the new bullet and higher BC.

Does anyone here have any experience with the 108 ELDM in a 243 Win? What twist barrel and powder?
