I have been able to finally grab some powder. Not my first choices to begin building a new load since I had been using Varget but these powders were available. I have the load data from Hodgdon but would like any input from those who have already tried either of these powders in their 243. The rifle I am building this for is my son's Savage 243 with a 22" barrel.
Based on Hodgdon load data alone either powder appears to be a good selection. However load tables never tell you "the rest of the story" like real life experience with these powders. Any specific information would be very helpful. I am looking for news about any quirks noticed or things to look for from the experience of others.
I will post back all of my information as I build out loads for these two powders too.
