WTS switch barrel 6.5 Creed/6 Comp Match. $2250 shipped to your FFL.
Barreled action with the 6.5 Creed barrel $1250. If you want both barrels then I'd do $1600. If you want the trigger and muzzle brake with it/them then add $100 (Until barreled action is sold, I won't sell them independently). Chassis-$600.
Barreled action put together by LRI. Has flats machined into the barrels to allow for changing them with a torque wrench using an 11/16 crowfoot. Threaded to headspace at 40ft/lbs
Kelbly's Atlas Tactical Short Action cerakoted to match the 6.5 Creed barrel.
Currently sits in a Christensen MPR carbon fiber folding chassis with an area 419 Arca Rail. Folds compactly to the right. I had to open the inlet of the recoil lug slot a little as well as a small amount on the undersurface of the handguard where it meets/covers the recoil lug in order to accommodate the recoil lug of the Kelblys, which is thicker/wider than Christensen's...I think you would have had to do this with almost any action other than theirs.
TriggerTech Primary Trigger-Flat shoe.
PVA Jet Blast ultralight muzzle brake.
6.5 Creed barrel is a K&P 18.5" 1:8 twist, helically fluted barrel. It's set up to run factory Hornady 143gr ELD-X, however I've only rolled my own for it. It's shot really well for me with 130gr Berger OTM Hybrids, 143gr ELD-X, and 107 Sierra TMKs. Has ~ 900-1000 rounds down it. Threaded 5/8 x 24. Still shoots 1/3 MOA.
6 Competition Match barrel is also a K&P. It's a 23" 1:7 twist. It's essentially new. It has ~ 50 rounds on it. I've only shot the first fireforming rounds through it. It shows promise. I haven't done any load development with it, but fireforming loads using 105gr Berger VLDs were ~1/2 MOA. The twist rate is optimal for the 110 SMK, or solids. I have no doubt that it will hammer. All rifles/barrel by LRI/K&P seem to. Doesn't come with the muzzle brake shown. Threaded 5/8 x 24.
Does not come with scope mount, scope, or bipod. Rifle only. I'm willing to make a deal because I need to sell this rifle. Not really interested in trades. If I was I might be interested in high quality optics (Zero Compromise, Tangent Theta, S&B, Kahles, Nightforce) but I just built a couple rifles that I'd been saving a few years for and need to recoup some funds.
Willing to separate barreled action from chassis or other barrel if someone singularly wants the barreled action, the chassis, or the other barrel, etc.
I also have dies and brass I can sell to whomever buys it.
V/R,
Chase
