I don't have the 15x binos or Rem actions, but I do have a few things I thought I'd run by you.

The upper is brand new unfired in the box, so I don't know how this particular one shoots but a buddy of mine bought the identical up or at the same time I did and his shoots .5 with just about every load that he has tried out of it it shoots phenomenal for him.
