In the market for a 223/5.56 bolt action rifle. Pretty open to most manufacturers. Looking to spend $600 or less but could be flexible if something piques my interest. I prefer 20" or longer barrels.

I have a 24" heavy barreled Howa 1500. Sits in a bell and Carlson M40 stick with a 20moa nightforce rail. Also comes with the factory hogue over molded stock. Last I took it out I was shooting .6-.7 moa at 100 yards with a hot barrel causing heavy mirage and a bargain barrel vortex scope, I'm sure it could do better. I was using Winchester varmintX 40gr off the shelf ammo.
