223 in the 5R milspec

hello,I'm new to the group.I am woundering if any of ya'll are shooting the 5R milspec by Remington.I have one and with just about 100 down the tube it shots great for me.but was thinking if anyone other than me had one.if so are you loading for it or running factory.would like to know so that I can compare notes if one is willing to share.
