223 AI loads with 75 and 80 grain

does anyone have any pet loads with 75 AMAX and 80 VLD. Not sure what velocity I can expect, I am new to this catridge. I did get 3000 with 75's, does that sound about right?

Hey gerry what do you use for load data? I am doing my next chamber in 223ai do you just go like 10 percent higher than 223 rem loads?
