If there is enough neck length and the shoulder is forward ... yes. If the shoulder on the 300 is shorter than the Fireball shoulder length you may need to make a false shoulder as part of the neck and fireform the brass to move the shoulder forward.
I make my own 221 Fireball brass from military 223. It's a bit labor intense but the cases last forever.
