For a 22-250 AI what would be the optimal twist rate for heavy bullets say 60 to 90 grains in weight? Should be able to shoot the 60gr bullets well and also stabilize the long 90gr bullets, barrel length would be 26"-28". Would this be possible?
Any comments or suggestions would be great, I'm thinking to go this way for a rifle project so I 'm trying to get as much information as I can before I start anything. At this point it would be used for targets from 200 -500 yards out.
I handload so any loading data would be helpful too.
