Never thought I'd sell this but I ended up doing a short barreled 22 creed for running a can. This was built by Nemesis Machine in Butte, MT. Both rifles he's done are my most accurate. I've got a curtis actions now, i prefer them, and with the other 22 creed being more handy, don't see myself using this as much.

Round count approx. 160-170 by target count
Shoots extremely well with 77 TMK (right at 3500 fps, RL 16) and Berger 80.5 (3450 fps, H4350). I sanded and dremeled out the stock it was in, never did get it bedded but that was going to be the next step.

$1900 shipped with TriggerTech primary
$2000 for entire setup with HS Precision takeoff stock and BDL bottom metal (see stock & BM listed in Accessories section)
(scope not included, will throw in rings for $35 on top of pricing above)
