im looking at buying a Bergara Ridge or HMR-PRO, they use 1-9 twist, kinda in the middle of "fast twist" .22-250's

whoever is shooting 1-9, whats your pet recipe? I looked through the pet loads here, got a headache.

thanks

Look over at accurate shooter.com they may have some loads. I have a 8 twist when I get home Sunday Ill look the loads up to give you a starting point

I had a savage VLP that had a 9 twist. It loved 70 grain Berger VLDs seated to the lands. I used 37.7 grains of RL17. The primer was a CCI200 in Win cases.

ok the couple loads I have got so far is Nosler case 36.0 H414 BR2 75 Berger vld 3243 fps no pressure very accurate. 75 eld-m very accurate also and will be switching to these once I'm out of bergers only cause of cost and Im just shooting prairie dogs.

Deer load same case 32.0 varget 65 gr SGK
