Does anyone have any load info for a 22-243AI 8 twist. I'm going to try 80's in amax vld and smk.

Does anyone have any load info for a 22-243AI 8 twist. I'm going to try 80's in amax vld and smk.

I've shot the 22-243AI for several years. I have a 28" Hart bbl with an 8 twist on a Rem 40X action. My most accurate load was 48.2 gr of RE 22 with a Fed 210M primer in Norma cases. I shot a witnessed .625" group (give or take) @ 600 yards.

The 80 SMK shot decent groups but not as small as the 75gr A-Max. The A-Max was instant death on groundhogs out to 1,000 yds, which was about as far as I had shot opportunities.
